I drove out to the fair grounds with the team and was running with my friend Ally, and she stopped all of the sudden and I guess she just hadn't eaten all day, but she kind of scared me, so I walked the rest of the loop with her back to the cars.  We were supposed to two loops, but I only ran 1/2, so when I got home I did the 2.7 mile loop with a few hills off of 180.
