| | I really haven't got a clue how far it was. We drove out to LaVerkin to this place called Nephi's twist. We ran about a mile before on a trail by the river and then got onto a dirt path with tons of little ups and downs. I was thinking we should probably head back pretty soon when I saw the biggest steepest hill I have ever seen in my life. It was really big! someone said it was half a mile. so I started up, I ended up walking up and down. It was just so stinkin steep. but the other groups after me only walked a little ways up, so then I met coach almost at the top and we went back together and ran the whole way, we talked to it was nice, it kept my mind off of my legs. I really liked it though, it was a fun trail!!! |

| | It was a nice easy run, especially after tuesday's hard hills. I decided today to run at BYU meet, so I was trying to keep up with the girls that I want to run near. It worked out okay... kinda. I think I started out too fast though, so I'll work on that. |

we did 400 repeats. I did pretty good too. I was one of the top three girls every time but the 1st one. oh and we ran around the block to the elementary school. It was fun, and a good workout. |

| | I doubt it was more than one. It seemed like we stretched for a little longer than usual, and then we ran down the street and back and around the track. |

I missed practice, and it was a speed workout, so I tried to go fast. It was kind of a hard workout. |

I drove out to the fair grounds with the team and was running with my friend Ally, and she stopped all of the sudden and I guess she just hadn't eaten all day, but she kind of scared me, so I walked the rest of the loop with her back to the cars. We were supposed to two loops, but I only ran 1/2, so when I got home I did the 2.7 mile loop with a few hills off of 180. |

| | I think it was supposed to be speed/distance today. After warm-ups we did 3x500's and ran what I am guessing was around 2 miles, and finished off with a cool down. I didn't really want to run cause on the way to the school it was pooring!!! I haven't seen rain in forever it seems, but it cleared up after warmups and it was super clear, I love after it rains! :) |

| | RACE!!! It was awesome! I absolutely loved the course, but the beginning was kinda rough. The first circle was around the elementary school and at the first corner I saw Monica Olds trip. Which scared me, so I caught up to her and she was crying and it scared me to death! well not really to death :). and after the race I was talking to her and she said that it was a Hurricane girl. Which made me really sad of course, but I'm sure that none of them would do it on purpose. They're all great girls.... Back to the race... I think I p.r.ed, and I made a really motivating goal for region too. I love XC!!! sierra I missed you today! :( |

I drove with Mr. Adamson (the drivers ed teacher guy) right after school, so I missed practice. But I ran the loop with a couple hills to make up... I think that today was supposed to be a hill day. |
