I'm back!!!! I have honestly been out of town (considering I don't really have a town) for the last month and a half... but I am back to running until next week when I leave again.

today I covered 4 miles... but I probably walked almost half :( It was so hot though... I am in vegas and I was running at 4pm so I'll have to work on my scheduling because that did not work out very well. I really need motivation so if you could just try to encourage me that'd be great! :)
