I really haven't got a clue how far it was.  We drove out to LaVerkin to this place called Nephi's twist.  We ran about a mile before on a trail by the river and then got onto a dirt path with tons of little ups and downs.  I was thinking we should probably head back pretty soon when I saw the biggest steepest hill I have ever seen in my life.  It was really big!  someone said it was half a mile.  so I started up, I ended up walking up and down.  It was just so stinkin steep.  but the other groups after me only walked a little ways up, so then I met coach almost at the top and we went back together and ran the whole way, we talked to it was nice, it kept my mind off of my legs.  I really liked it though, it was a fun trail!!!
