That one mile was pretty stinky time, but it was kinda good cause now I have even more time to knock off at region!  Me and Sierra talked a bunch during the 3 miles after, but we kept a pretty steady pace.

I found out that it is 3.3 miles to the school from my house, so I ran there and back.  I met up with Sierra at the school and I was supper glad to have her; I realized that I am not very good conciously remembering to go faster.  I know that I can go faster, but I usually get sidetracted.  In the afternoon I walked 3 miles with my sister-in-law.
